About Us
Rob Westcott JD, CPA – President; Cred-Ability Solutions
Rob founded Cred-Ability Solutions, LLC after a successful 20-year career with Amerigroup and Cigna. Rob was Vice-President of Service Operations with Amerigroup, where he started and managed the Credentialing, Provider Information, Provider Contracting, and Technical Operations departments. Rob also managed the Claims Appeals Department, Distribution Services, and the Quality Department. At CIGNA Rob managed the Credentialing, Provider Information, and Provider Contracting departments. Rob designed Cigna’s Central Provider File, and the technology for Cigna’s National PPO Product, Provider Search capability, and nation-wide pended claims workflow technology.
Rob earned his Bachelors Degree at the University of Illinois in Urbana IL, and his Law Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Rob is a CPA, a marathon runner and holds memberships with Mensa and the Society of American Magicians. Rob is happily married to Patty, a health care contracts manager and African percussionist. Rob and Patty are the proud parents of twins.
Judy Walker – Senior Credentialing Consultant
Judy Walker successfully directed Amerigroup’s Credentialing Department for eleven years. Judy managed credentialing for dozens of networks comprised of more than 100,000 providers and more than 100 delegated groups. Under Judy’s leadership, Amerigroup consistently received outstanding results from state audits.
Prior to working for Amerigroup Judy successfully managed medical practices.
Judy has returned to her roots in Texas.
Yvonne Wilson – Senior Credentialing Consultant
Yvonne managed Amerigroup’s Quality Department for years. In this position she was responsible for Credentialing and Provider Information Quality for 100,000 providers. Yvonne used innovative technology to successfully monitor and improve quality. Prior to her promotion to this position, Yvonne worked in the Credentialing Department.
Yvonne is happily married to Joe, a Sonar Operator in the U.S. Navy. Yvonne and Joe are the proud parents of three children.
Diana McLaughlin – Senior Recruiting Consultant
Diana has 30 years of health care and managed care experience on both the managed care organization side and the provider side. Diana has extensive experience negotiating and contracting with hospitals, physician groups and ancillary providers. Diana served as Director of Ancillary Services for Amerigroup responsible for ancillary contracting and relations in multiple states. In addition she was the administrator for large provider groups both hospital based and privately owned.
Diana earned a BA from the University of Maryland.
Diana is happily married to a retired Naval officer and pilot who owns and manages a successful appraisal company.
